Job Description

Jason Graham - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency committed to delivering exceptional service to its customers. Established in 2017, our agency has grown steadily to a dedicated team of 10 motivated professionals. The agency's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. With office locations in Phenix City, Alabama, and LaGrange, Georgia, we proudly serve our communities with integrity and professionalism. Our leadership is grounded in a deep foundation of customer service excellence and a performance-driven culture, with roots tracing back to successful careers in major corporations such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We believe in fostering a work environment that is competitive yet supportive, emphasizing team success alongside individual ownership and growth. Beyond business, our agency values community involvement and charitable giving, proudly supporting organizations like the American Cancer Society and other local causes.

We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming and efficient office atmosphere by managing customer interactions, scheduling, communications, and administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries both in person and via phone, and will assist in maintaining accurate customer records. Additionally, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers to identify potential insurance solutions, blending customer service with basic sales engagement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. We value individuals who are motivated, accountable, and thrive in a collaborative setting that balances results-driven achievements with relationship building.

Our agency offers a competitive salary in the range of $30,000 to $40,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus system. We provide a flexible schedule to support work-life balance, along with paid time off, training and development opportunities, and chances for advancement within the agency. Employees enjoy a team-first culture featuring casual dress days, free snacks and drinks, team lunches and outings, annual bonuses, and opportunities to earn trips. Furthermore, benefits such as a Simple IRA and license reimbursement underscore our commitment to supporting our team's long-term success. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking to establish a meaningful career in a stable and growth-oriented agency. If you are a driven go-getter with a high level of emotional intelligence and a passion for connecting with people, we encourage you to apply and join our community-focused team.
