Ken Jones - State Farm Agent is a prominent insurance agency with a legacy of providing outstanding service since 1980. Located at 120 W Jackson St., Ridgeland, MS 39157, our agency is committed to helping individuals and families manage everyday risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams. We operate during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., fostering a professional and supportive environment for our clients and team members alike. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and community engagement positions us as a trusted partner in insurance solutions within the Ridgeland area.

We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member, an essential role designed to facilitate smooth communication and operations within the agency. This role calls for a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment. The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal staff, greeting visitors warmly and managing multi-channel communications including phone calls and in-person inquiries. This position demands an individual capable of multitasking efficiently, maintaining detailed customer records, and supporting administrative duties that contribute to the overall functionality of the office.

As a vital member of the team, the Receptionist will also engage with prospective and existing customers to identify opportunities for offering insurance options, requiring excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary range between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, complemented by benefits such as 401(k), performance-based bonuses, flexible scheduling, paid time off, and ongoing training and development. Job Duties
