Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
- Proven customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail oriented

Job Duties

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each day
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proactively solve problems to meet customer needs
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and licensing compliance
