Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
  • Proven customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success each day
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proactively solve problems to meet customer needs
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and licensing compliance
