Our agency, Chelsea Stutzman - State Farm Agent, has been serving the community since 2019 and is a close-knit team of four individuals focused on growth, positivity, and mutual support. We are a part of State Farm, one of the largest and most trusted insurance companies in the United States, known for providing comprehensive insurance and financial services. We are currently seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our growing agency. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive workplace and is eager to grow within the insurance industry. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering warm greetings in-person and over the phone, managing appointment scheduling, and facilitating smooth office communications. Your role will involve handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records, all while providing excellent customer service. You will engage actively with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance products and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Currently licensed applicants only
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
