Joaquin Carrasquillo - State Farm Agent is a reputable independent insurance and financial services agency located in Killeen, TX. Our agency is dedicated to assisting customers with a wide range of insurance needs including auto, home, life, business, health, and renters insurance. We operate in a community-focused environment with a mission to make a positive impact on our clients' lives by providing them with reliable and tailored insurance solutions. Our office is located at 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX 76549, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance. We pride ourselves on fostering a friendly and energetic workplace where team members are motivated and empowered to succeed. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with holidays and weekends off, providing a balanced work schedule for our employees. Our team includes bilingual staff, offering services in both English and Spanish to better serve our diverse customer base.

We are currently seeking a part-time Agent Team Member to join our busy and dynamic office. This role is ideal for individuals interested in marketing insurance products and services through a customer-focused approach. As an Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing customer relationships, using a needs-based review process to educate clients about suitable insurance options. This position requires proactive problem solving, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to effectively market appropriate products.
