Our agency, led by Lauren Smith, a dedicated State Farm Agent, has been proudly serving the Belton, Texas community since January 2017. Established with a mission to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, our agency has built a reputation for delivering exceptional insurance services and personalized customer care. With a close-knit team of five professionals, including four full-time and one part-time employee, we bring a combined 25 years of insurance experience. Our team’s collaborative approach and commitment to professional growth ensure that we provide the highest level of service to our customers while fostering a supportive and rewarding workplace for our employees. Our office operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, giving us the opportunity to meet the needs of our clients during standard business hours.
We are currently expanding and seeking a responsive and organized Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join us. This role is vital to the success of our agency, as it serves as the first point of contact for our valued customers both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. In this position, you will manage appointment scheduling, assist with incoming inquiries, maintain customer records, and engage actively with prospective and existing clients. Your ability to identify opportunities for insurance options and provide exceptional customer service will directly contribute to our agency's growth and success.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
