Job Duties

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Assist in marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Support the agency in delivering excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements
