Job Requirements

Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Detail oriented with high accuracy
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Ability to complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Job Duties

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Build and develop strong customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products
Assist customers with policy inquiries and provide tailored insurance solutions
Support the agency in meeting sales goals through effective customer engagement
Maintain accurate records and manage appointments to ensure timely follow-ups
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency-wide objectives
