Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must possess or be willing to obtain a property and casualty license
- excellent communication skills written verbal and listening

Job Duties
- establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- provide prompt accurate and friendly customer service including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability eligibility coverages policy changes transfers claim submissions and billing clarification
- work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office
- help manage the website and social media content
- assist with general office duties to support agency operations
- collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm insurance products and services
