Job Qualifications

- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Job Duties
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals
- Assist customers with insurance and financial services inquiries
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Participate in training and licensing programs as required
