At Spring Creek, the Receptionist plays a vital role within our office management team. This position primarily involves providing excellent customer service, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and supporting the management team in various administrative functions. We offer a competitive starting wage ranging from $19.66 to $20.66 per hour, along with paid training, so no prior experience is necessary. This makes the role ideal for individuals looking to jumpstart or grow their careers in office or administrative management. The Receptionist position may also be known in other companies as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Worker, or simply Reception. Responsibilities include greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems by routing calls and taking messages, handling mail and package distribution, performing general clerical duties (copying, filing, supply requisitions), and assisting with community events and tours.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must pass criminal background check and drug test
- ability to work at least 30 hours per week to be eligible for benefits
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- basic computer skills
- reliable and punctual
- no prior experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, professional, and well organized
- ability to problem solve
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- English language required
- CPR certification preferred

Job Duties
- Greeting community visitors with excellent customer service and respect
- answering a multi-line phone system, route calls, and take messages
- helping sort and distribute mail and packages
