Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required or ability to complete GED within 6 months
  • Standard computer and technology skills needed
  • Prior front desk experience required
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally
  • Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and appropriate escalation measures
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Secure entrances and exits
  • Conduct patrols inside and outside the client premises in various weather conditions
  • Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
  • Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
  • Protect evidence or scene of incident in case of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations
  • Set up barriers and signage and provide direction or information to others
  • Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature as required for assigned site
