Within this extensive healthcare system, Brentwood Hospital seeks a dynamic Receptionist to join their dedicated team focused on improving mental health outcomes for individuals and families. This position is pivotal in facilitating the flow of information within the organization and creating a welcoming, responsive atmosphere for all who enter the facility. The role demands professionalism, friendliness, and an ability to manage multiple communication channels, making it essential to the hospital's daily operations.

They provide routine, organization-related information within the scope of confidentiality policies and procedures, ensuring communication remains secure and professional. Responsibilities also include handling incoming mail and courier deliveries daily, sorting and routing these efficiently to appropriate departments.
Beyond direct communication, this role supports the broader organizational functions by offering back-up clerical assistance to various departments as the need arises. Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to respond to special requests or provide additional help is vital in this cooperative environment. The work schedule requires availability on weekends, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, under the guidance of the Communications Manager.
