Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years in a customer-facing role in medical, wellness, or hospitality sectors
Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for health and wellness
Comfortable engaging in sales and client education

Job Qualifications

1+ years in a medical office, wellness, hospitality, or similar environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with scheduling systems and/or EMR preferred
Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
