The Health Hacker (Front Desk & Member Experience) role is a critical frontline position within our team, designed for those who want to transcend traditional administrative duties. This role goes beyond the conventional front desk job—acting as the first and lasting impression of Next Health to all members and guests. As a Health Hacker, you will be integral in shaping the member journey by blending operational efficiency, educational outreach, and sales acumen within a fast-paced, high-touch setting. You will be part host, part operator, and part guide, ensuring each interaction resonates with the quality and innovation Next Health embodies.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role in medical, wellness, or hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for health and wellness
- Comfortable engaging in sales and client education
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years in a medical office, wellness, hospitality, or similar environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with scheduling systems and/or EMR preferred
- Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Welcome members and guests with a polished, high-energy presence
- Manage check-ins, scheduling, and clinic flow with precision
- Educate members on services and confidently recommend offerings
- Support sales of memberships, services, and packages
- Maintain accurate records using EMR and scheduling systems
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for seamless care
- Anticipate needs and create an elevated, personalized experience
- Assist across multiple areas of the business as needed
