Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or GED certificate
  • valid driver's license
  • motor vehicle liability insurance
  • personal injury insurance
  • ability to work more than 40 hours during the workweek as needed
  • ability to work weekends as required
  • ability to pass a background investigation and clearance
  • ability to clear a pre-employment physical and drug screen test

Job Qualifications

  • Graduation from high school or GED certificate
  • knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • skill in operating a personal computer and basic office machines
  • ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • ability to operate office equipment
  • ability to read and follow directions
  • ability to effectively respond to customer inquiries and complaints
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Job Duties

  • Greet and direct all office visitors
  • answer telephone and route calls to employees or take messages
  • respond to general questions or complaints from the general public, customers or employees
  • receive, open and distribute all incoming mail
  • perform general clerical duties, including the operation of simple office machines
  • enter or retrieve data utilizing mainframe applications or personal computer
  • accept, stamp, and log-in bids and proposals
  • monitor and enter timesheets into Mocha and SAP
  • assist vendors with registration in Supplier Portal
  • contact vendors to update outdated profiles
  • advertise solicitation in various publications
  • manage Outlook calendar for reservations of the bid and conference rooms
  • update contract and make contract labels
  • perform related duties as required
