The Receptionist PRN position is integral to this mission. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, patients, and their families, delivering consistent and high-quality customer service. As the face of our facility, the receptionist creates the first impression and plays a vital role in welcoming and assisting visitors. This position involves working closely with nursing and administrative teams to support a smooth and positive experience for everyone entering our facility. In addition to greeting and directing visitors, the receptionist handles various administrative tasks such as answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming mail and deliveries. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Job Duties

  • Greet patients, visitors, and guests
  • determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate area
  • answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • take messages and schedule appointments as needed
  • receive mail, documents, packages, and deliveries
  • distribute items to the appropriate departments
  • assist patients and families with questions or concerns
