Job Description
We are a dedicated healthcare facility specializing in skilled nursing and rehabilitation services aimed at personalizing each individual's wellness journey. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our patients and to transform ordinary expectations into exceptional outcomes through compassionate care and expert support. We believe in fostering a supportive and engaging environment not only for those we serve but also for our staff. Our team is committed to providing high-quality care and support that meets the unique needs of each patient and their families, ensuring a positive and healing experience during their stay.
The Receptionist PRN position is integral to this mission. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, patients, and their families, delivering consistent and high-quality customer service. As the face of our facility, the receptionist creates the first impression and plays a vital role in welcoming and assisting visitors. This position involves working closely with nursing and administrative teams to support a smooth and positive experience for everyone entering our facility. In addition to greeting and directing visitors, the receptionist handles various administrative tasks such as answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming mail and deliveries. The ideal candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and are committed to contributing positively to the healthcare experience. Employment is offered on a PRN basis, providing flexibility while offering competitive compensation and benefits. By joining our team, you become part of a culture that values compassion, teamwork, and continual professional growth, helping to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.
