Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • current, valid, and active driver’s license preferred
  • freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year previous receptionist experience preferred
  • multi-line phone system experience preferred
  • healthcare experience preferred
  • ability to project a professional image
  • knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
  • working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions
  • ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant

Job Duties

  • Serve as first impression specialist for front desk
  • greet visitors, vendors and answer main phone line
  • perform clerical duties such as charge entry, admissions paperwork, filing, and copying
  • manage multi-line phone system efficiently
  • maintain professional demeanor while interacting with patients and families
  • support regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • organize and prioritize administrative tasks effectively
