Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to complete post offer employment testing before first day
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security protocols
- Previous receptionist experience preferred

Job Duties
- Screen visitors to ensure security of the building
- Inform visitors to sign in and wear visitor passes
- Provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks
- Connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- Perform overhead paging
- Notify admissions coordinator about tour requests
- Obtain wheelchairs for patients
- Report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area
- Notify nursing when patient gifts arrive
- Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Log all incoming job applications
