Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist experience preferred
- ability to screen visitors and direct them appropriately
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage multiple phone lines
- proficiency in basic administrative tasks
- willingness to perform per diem work
- ability to complete post offer employment testing
- commitment to workplace safety and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist experience preferred

- familiar with basic administrative procedures

Job Duties
- Screen visitors to appropriate locations ensuring security to the building
- ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor's pass
- provide coverage for the admissions coordinator during breaks and as required
- connect and transfer calls to the appropriate party and perform overhead paging
- notify admissions coordinator when a customer requests a tour of the facility
- obtain wheelchairs for patients
- report any unusual behavior in the lobby or parking area to facilities
- notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive
- postmark all outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- log all incoming job applications
