Red River Hospital is a premier provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare services located in Wichita Falls, Texas. For this particular position, the role involves general clerical duties that support the facility's daily operational needs. These duties include but are not limited to answering phone calls, transferring calls, taking messages, managing mail, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, providing general information, and handling correspondence such as memos and reports. The position also involves managing and updating paper and electronic records, preparing office documents including billing, and performing data entry tasks. The individual in this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative side of behavioral healthcare services by maintaining efficient office procedures and supporting staff, clients, and visitors effectively.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Availability is essential, as the ideal candidate should be able to work flexible hours including weekdays from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, and weekends from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. While there are no guaranteed working hours, this position is pivotal in enhancing communication and operational workflow within the hospital.
