Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to assist visitors and patients compassionately
Basic knowledge of administrative duties
Willingness to comply with security protocols and hospital policies

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist experience preferred

Job Duties

Screen visitors to the appropriate location ensuring security to the building
Ensure all visitors sign in and wear a visitor's pass
Cover admissions coordinator during breaks and when required
Connect and transfer calls to appropriate parties and perform overhead paging
Notify admissions coordinator when customers request facility tours
Obtain wheelchairs for patients
Report unusual behavior in lobby or parking area to facilities
Notify nursing when gifts for patients arrive
Postmark all outgoing mail and distribute all incoming mail
Log all incoming job applications
