Job Description
Liberty Senior Living is a compassionate and dedicated senior living community committed to providing excellent care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for its residents and their families. As part of Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation, this establishment focuses on maintaining the highest standards in senior care while fostering a supportive and friendly atmosphere. Known for its personalized services and skilled staff, Liberty Senior Living ensures that every resident feels valued and respected. The company prides itself on compassionate care, professional management, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Employment at Liberty Senior Living means joining a team that prioritizes empathy, respect, and teamwork, making it a fulfilling workplace for those passionate about healthcare and community service.
The receptionist role at Liberty Senior Living is an integral part of the front-facing team responsible for managing communication, administration, and assistance for residents, visitors, and staff members. This position requires a professional, empathetic, and organized individual to handle incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, manage mail and packages, and perform clerical duties required to support smooth operations. The receptionist is often the first point of contact and, therefore, plays a crucial role in representing the community’s values and professionalism.
The job involves responsibilities such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, sorting and distributing mail, managing outgoing mail with proper postage, assisting visitors and employees, and maintaining order in the front lobby. In addition, the receptionist will perform various typing, data entry, and secretarial tasks as needed while providing support that contributes to the efficient running of the facility. This role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive attitude to ensure visitors and residents feel welcomed and assisted at all times.
Liberty Senior Living values individuals with a background in clerical work who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compassionate environment. Candidates with a valid driver’s license and familiarity with computer systems will have an advantage. The facility promotes a drug-free workplace and requires background checks, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for both staff and residents. Joining Liberty Senior Living as a receptionist means being part of a team that offers both professional growth and the satisfaction of making a meaningful difference in the community.
