- Experience in reception or PBX operation preferred
- Accurate typing skills required
- Effective telephone techniques and listening skills required
- Superior telephone skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
- Ability to work successfully under highly stressful conditions
- Ability to make sound independent judgments based on scientific and ethical principles
- Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members appropriately
- Capability to adapt to varying workloads and assignments
- Effective comprehensive reading, written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License
