Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • professional and presentable appearance
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • ensure all visitors and employees sign in and out, and maintain security as needed
  • handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • perform other duties as assigned by Office Manager or senior management team
