Mindex is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team, working 20 hours per week. As the front-line representative of the organization, the receptionist plays a critical role in managing front desk operations and maintaining smooth communication channels within the office. This role involves greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive and lasting first impression of the company. The ideal candidate will also handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails, coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage the office supply inventory effectively. Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • determine the nature of their visit and direct them appropriately
  • manage the front desk operations, including answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as necessary
  • maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
  • assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required
