- mental alertness and adaptability to office and field area work routines
- ability to communicate effectively in person and in small group situations
- ability to read and understand simple instructions and safety manuals
- ability to write simple correspondence and routine reports

Job Duties
- project a professional and welcoming demeanor
- handle incoming calls and dispatch messages via two-way radio
- assist residents with photocopying and mailing
- log pharmacy prescriptions accurately
- maintain key check-out logs
- review and stay informed about daily LIFE Calendar events
- ensure effective communication within the community
