Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language
- C.P.R./First Aid certified within 30 days of employment
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient

Job Duties
- Welcome every guest warmly and ensure visitors sign in and are screened if applicable
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Perform a variety of clerical duties to support front desk operations
- Maintain confidentiality of all residents’ information
- Comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation
- Incorporate the Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions
- Assist with scheduling and communication within the community as needed
