Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a long-term care setting
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language
  • C.P.R./First Aid certified within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient

Job Duties

  • Welcome every guest warmly and ensure visitors sign in and are screened if applicable
  • Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties to support front desk operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all residents’ information
  • Comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation
  • Incorporate the Generations’ Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions
  • Assist with scheduling and communication within the community as needed
