  • Answering and directing phone calls politely and efficiently

  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Using office equipment for typing and other administrative tasks
  • Applying phone etiquette and administrative protocols as trained
  • Assisting with public relations to promote a favorable image of the facility
