Job Duties

Answers the hospital switchboard telephone promptly and directs calls to proper individual
Register visitors to obtain a visitor badge
Greets visitors and staff courteously and with a smile, and directs them to proper personnel
In the absence of donor development, receives monetary and material donations
Assists visitors and patients with luggage
