Currently, Keystone Pacific Property Management is seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join their team at a beautiful property located in Oceanside, California. This role is supervised by the Recreation Director and involves direct interaction with residents, board members, committee members, and vendors, all while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment. The Receptionist plays a critical role in fostering excellent customer service and ensuring efficient administrative support to the Recreation department. Working primarily on Saturdays from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm, the Receptionist will engage in a variety of duties such as greeting and assisting residents with inquiries, managing phone communications, handling administrative tasks like copying, filing, and faxing, maintaining Recreation and Social Club files, and coordinating with Security and Maintenance teams for emergencies or event setups. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Recreation rules and capable of operating multimedia equipment for community events. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities and contributing to a supportive and organized community living environment.

Job Duties

  • Greets and handles resident inquiries in a professional manner
  • answer phones and channels calls to appropriate desk
  • copying, filing, faxing as needed
  • maintains Recreation, Bulletin, Social Club files and the key sign out list
  • knowledgeable in all Recreation rules and regulations
  • perform closing procedures appropriate to the assigned shift
  • post flyers and updates monthly calendars
  • e-mail correspondence
  • works closely with Security and Maintenance department in case of emergency, general issues, and requests for set-ups
  • ability to operate DVD/VCR for movie showings
  • any additional job duties as required by the supervisor
