The company prides itself on maintaining a serene setting that ensures the security, care, and assistance of its residents, fostering a community where seniors feel safe, valued, and respected.
The position available is an hourly part-time role with working hours from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The pay range for this role is $17.50 to $18.00 per hour. CiminoCare invites individuals who are compassionate, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a professional team to apply for this opportunity. The company also offers a unique benefit titled 'Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow,' enhancing financial flexibility for its employees.
This role specializes in customer service and serves as the first point of contact for guests entering the facility or contacting by phone. As the face of the organization, the individual in this role warmly welcomes visitors, directs them to their desired locations, and maintains the security of the community by monitoring the front lobby to ensure residents' safety. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff while maintaining a professional demeanor.
In addition to greeting visitors and answering phones, this role involves administrative support across the organization. Tasks include ensuring visitors sign in and out, handling mail distribution, scheduling appointments, bookkeeping duties such as receiving rent checks, and managing resident files, particularly for those receiving Home Health Services. The individual will also assist residents with various needs, including smoking privileges and maintaining facility order and cleanliness. This role demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within established timelines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect for the dignity and individuality of every resident and act as a role model for both residents and other facility staff. Customer service experience is essential, alongside strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
