Job Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- manage calls appropriately and schedule grooming appointments
- schedule appointments and manage calendars for groomers
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area and grooming area
- assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
- use 123Pets, our scheduling software
- handle office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations
