Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- prior experience as a front desk receptionist
- ability to work 3 pm to 11 pm on Saturday and Sunday
- excellent telephone communication skills
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

Job Duties
- Provide ongoing telephone coverage
- greet and direct all authorized visitors and vendors
- solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to achieve organizational and individual satisfaction
- keep difficult situations from escalating
- accept delivery packages, document receipt and notify recipients
- prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
