As the first point of contact within the community, the Front Desk Receptionist serves as the welcoming face to residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage potentially difficult situations calmly and professionally. Responsibilities include handling delivery packages, documenting their receipt, notifying recipients, and coordinating maintenance requests by preparing work orders as needed.
