The role of Receptionist at Oak Park Place is an integral position that serves as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and family members. This part-time position involves working weeknights from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and every other weekend from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, ensuring consistent coverage during key times. The Receptionist plays a critical role in maintaining the community's professional and welcoming atmosphere by offering high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include greeting visitors warmly, managing telephone inquiries efficiently, assisting in interdepartmental communication, and supporting recruitment efforts. The person in this role must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to handle various administrative tasks effectively.
