At Bergstrom Appleton Hyundai, the receptionist role is vital in ensuring guests receive an outstanding first impression upon entering the dealership. This position is responsible for warmly greeting guests, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support to various departments within the dealership. Working Monday through Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with pay starting at $15.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience, plus an additional $2.00 per hour for Saturdays, this role offers a competitive hourly wage to individuals ready to contribute to a seamless and welcoming dealership environment.

The receptionist plays a critical role by coordinating between sales, service, and parts teams to enhance communication and optimize guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception or customer service preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area
  • Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
