The organization prioritizes compassionate care, innovation, and community involvement to foster recovery and improve quality of life for its clients. With a strong mission to promote healing and empowerment, Helio Health is an employer known for its supportive work environment and comprehensive employee benefits.
The Receptionist role at Helio Health's Meadows Outpatient Program is a full-time position vital to the daily operations and client engagement at this facility. Operating Monday through Friday with specified hours, this position offers an hourly pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 and includes eligibility for a sign-on incentive up to $1,500, in addition to Helio Health's well-regarded benefits package. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, and thus plays a critical role in shaping the welcoming atmosphere and effective communication of the outpatient program.
This role demands a high level of professionalism, customer service skills, and administrative capability. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, directing queries to the appropriate staff, greeting and assisting visitors, and handling mail and supply requisitions among other clerical tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics such as courier pickups and office supply inventory management. It also involves handling various office support duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and information dissemination.
The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and prior clerical or administrative experience are essential. At Helio Health, the Receptionist is not only an administrative support role but also a key contributor to the organization’s mission and daily success, enabling staff and clients to focus on treatment and recovery with confidence in the program’s administrative support.
