Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED including typing courses
  • Experience as a receptionist with public contact desirable
  • Experience with PC and related software preferred
  • Current first aid training for staff providing direct care
  • Successful completion of post-offer testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen, and health screen
  • Willingness to sign an arbitration agreement

  • Proficiency in PC and related software preferred

  • Ability to manage clerical tasks such as calendaring and filing

Job Duties

  • Receive visitors and ascertain their needs
  • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Perform clerical duties related to assigned projects
  • Maintain telephone etiquette and professional communication
  • Manage typing and document formatting
  • Schedule and maintain calendars
  • File and organize correspondence and documents
