Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and verify I-9 documentation
  • Manage front desk operations including mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a presentable and organized reception area
  • Provide accurate information to visitors and clients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and reserve conference rooms
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Monitor and order office supplies and process office invoices
  • Handle inquiries promptly and professionally via email or in-person
