Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and courteously
  • reliable and punctual with strong time management skills
  • familiarity with office equipment and computer software
  • compliance with professional dress code
  • availability to work 8 am to 5 pm shifts
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails and mail
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • ensure compliance with company dress code and safety policies
