Job Requirements

Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy
Shift hours 11 am - 8 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday
Ability to stay stationary for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Professional personal appearance
Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel

Job Duties

Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the receipt, repair order and/or counter ticket
Maintain accurate records detailing daily transactions and reconciliations
Process internal orders daily
Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls to proper department
Scan daily repair orders into dealership cloud storage
File service repair orders, parts counter tickets, car deal files, and hard copies
Perform any other special duties as requested by management staff
