The bilingual receptionist position is a full-time role available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, offering a competitive pay rate of $15 per hour. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in communication and customer service, enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to contribute to a vital healthcare setting. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors, as well as managing phone calls and front desk operations. Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of recent related experience, preferably in a medical setting
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as taking messages
  • Manage front desk operations such as scheduling meetings, updating calendars, sorting mail and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and lobby area
  • Assist with other office tasks as assigned
