Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years experience working with telephone switchboard responsibilities or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- good communication skills
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- basic computer literacy
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Answers the telephone and transfers call to the appropriate destination
- responds to callers questions and provides accurate information
- telephone others to communicate messages
- records accurate and complete messages
- ensures the timely and accurate distribution of messages through telephone and/or email
- receives, greets and announces visitors in a courteous and tactful manner
- provides assistance to callers and visitors by answering questions and providing instructions and referrals
