In addition to visitor management, the Receptionist will handle telephone duties, including answering, routing calls, and taking detailed messages to ensure smooth communication within the organization. The role also includes managing courier packages, both receiving and preparing shipments, which requires organizational skills and attention to detail.

Beyond these core responsibilities, the Receptionist will perform various clerical functions as needed to support administrative operations. This may include document handling, file management, data entry, and assisting other departments with ad hoc tasks. The position demands a well-organized individual capable of multitasking and prioritizing duties in a busy office setting.
