Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate within a team
- Ability to perform work accurately and in a timely manner
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team
Job Duties
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer screen and forward calls internally as appropriate
- Greet visitors determine nature and purpose of visit notify employees of visitors and direct or escort visitors to specific destinations
- Perform routine administrative support tasks such as filing printing collating mailing distributing mail and documents supporting and maintaining the office
- Provide routine information about the company to help resolve routine questions and complaints
- Schedule appointments update calendars and serve as primary contact for conference room reservations
- Help train new or backup receptionists on front-desk best practice standards and processes
- Provide support for meeting and event planning
