Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to collaborate within a team
  • Ability to perform work accurately and in a timely manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years receptionist or administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team

Job Duties

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer screen and forward calls internally as appropriate
  • Greet visitors determine nature and purpose of visit notify employees of visitors and direct or escort visitors to specific destinations
  • Perform routine administrative support tasks such as filing printing collating mailing distributing mail and documents supporting and maintaining the office
  • Provide routine information about the company to help resolve routine questions and complaints
  • Schedule appointments update calendars and serve as primary contact for conference room reservations
  • Help train new or backup receptionists on front-desk best practice standards and processes
  • Provide support for meeting and event planning
