Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, drivers, and new hires in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front desk and reception area
- Prepare new hire orientation materials, verify I-9 documentation, and assist with onboarding tasks in UKG
- Take new hire photos, assign assets and temporary cards, and coordinate lodging arrangements as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and mail distribution
- Assist with scheduling, ordering orientation meals, and coordinating meetings or office events
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members through Slack, email, and company phone
- Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and efficient communication
- Uphold company policies, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Office Manager or Operations Leadership
