We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team under the direction of the Executive Director. This role is critical as the initial point of contact for callers and visitors, acting as the friendly and professional face of our organization. The Receptionist will perform a variety of secretarial duties including maintaining and preparing company documents, assisting in coordinating facility events, managing incoming and outgoing mail, ordering supplies and materials to meet office needs, and undertaking special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires adherence to certain health and safety protocols including fingerprinting clearance, background verification, tuberculosis testing, and employee health screenings conducted after hire. The ability to move, lift, and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds is essential to meet the physical demands of this role. A strong command of the English language in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding is required to effectively perform job duties and interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
