With a nationwide network of dealerships bolstered by a strong and recognized brand, AutoNation provides a wide variety of new and used vehicles, customer financing, parts, and expert maintenance and repair services. The company is distinguished by its commitment to community and social responsibility, exemplified by its DRV PNK mission, through which it has raised over $40 million for cancer research and treatment. This clearly demonstrates AutoNation's dedication not only to its customers and business growth but also to making a positive impact in the lives of its associates and the communities it serves.

Joining AutoNation means becoming part of an organization that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and across its services. AutoNation values teamwork, innovation, and commitment to positive change, providing an engaging work environment where employees can thrive and grow.

The role of Receptionist at AutoNation is integral to creating a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. This position requires exceptional communication skills to relay accurate messages, guide callers to the appropriate departments, and respond to general questions about the company’s products and services. The Receptionist also supports various administrative duties such as filing, preparing sales and service gas tickets for accounting, and assisting with clerical tasks assigned by the General Manager.

In addition to handling communication duties, the Receptionist serves as a backup to the Sales Department Cashier, providing valuable support during peak times or absences. The role involves attendance at meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company standards and objectives. Success in this role demands a welcoming demeanor, courteous interactions with customers and colleagues, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, fostering both personal and professional growth. If you thrive in customer-facing roles and want to be part of an industry-leading company that values its people and community impact, AutoNation encourages you to apply for this dynamic Receptionist opportunity.
