The receptionist serves as the first point of contact and the inviting face of the club. This role is crucial in setting the tone for the guest experience, offering a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all Members and guests who enter. By nurturing relationships through personal interactions, often addressing Members by name, the receptionist helps build a sense of belonging and loyalty. Receptionists at this club manage a range of responsibilities, from answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate parties, to handling reservations and to-go food orders. Job Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
