The receptionist serves as the first point of contact and the inviting face of the club. This role is crucial in setting the tone for the guest experience, offering a warm welcome and a fond farewell to all Members and guests who enter. By nurturing relationships through personal interactions, often addressing Members by name, the receptionist helps build a sense of belonging and loyalty. This position demands a high-energy, outgoing personality paired with excellent communication skills to manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks efficiently.

Receptionists at this club manage a range of responsibilities, from answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate parties, to handling reservations and to-go food orders. They also take charge of inventory by ordering office supplies and ensuring equipment is well-maintained. The role includes various administrative duties that support department heads, such as preparing mailings and packets. Receptionists coordinate deliveries, manage vendor interactions, and maintain a daily event reader board to inform and direct Members and guests about ongoing activities.
