Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure

  • prior experience in receptionist or front-desk roles preferred

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional front-line support by serving as first point of contact for visitors and callers
  • enhance visitor experience and safety by managing sign-in procedures and communicating safety protocols
  • ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • support office logistics and hospitality including coordinating lunch orders and managing office supplies
  • maintain efficient mail and courier operations by handling incoming and outgoing mail and overseeing postage machine
  • facilitate vendor and supplier communication by notifying external partners of site disruptions and shutdowns
  • manage access and security credentials by administering badges for new hires, contractors, and visitors
  • contribute to administrative projects and provide general support to departmental initiatives
