This part-time seasonal position reports to the Operations Manager with hours fluctuating based on the season, roughly 20-30 hours weekly during March-April and increasing to 30-40 hours from May to October. Compensation for this role ranges from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and location, with an emphasis on Colorado compliance standards. The job also includes responsibilities such as maintaining a safe and positive environment within the venue and assisting with staffing and orientation initiatives.
